Located in a former air-raid shelter, the exhibition focuses on the history of Steyr during the Nazi era. The guided tour focuses on the history of the Steyr-Münichholz concentration camp and the fate of thousands of forced laborers who were forced to work in the arms industry, agriculture, and private households. Reports from contemporary witnesses provide insight into their everyday lives, which were defined by racist relations with the population.
The tour will be in English.
